Microwave Paleo Bread Recipe


Whether you are following a Paleo diet or just looking for an easy way to bake your own bread, you will never go wrong with this recipe I got from Paleo Magazine.

I am not a baker but I managed to make bread using the microwave. If I can do it, then anyone can bake their own healthy paleo bread.

Almond flour. Baking powder and Salt. 
We only have pink himalayan salt in the house so I don't have any other choice for salt.

Whisked egg and Virgin coconut oil.
I liked the added taste of coconut oil to my bread, 
but you can use any oil mentioned on the recipe.

Once all the ingredients are mixed, the batter looked like this. 

I poured the batter into my microwave safe bowl greased with 1 tsp of Coconut oil. 

90 seconds after, I have my bread.

I carefully removed the bread from my bowl and sliced it in the middle. 
It is so filling and satisfying that my son asked me to make one for him.
