Let's do the sumo!

I started going to the gym about a year ago. You can say that I have a love-hate relationship with fitness, because exercise takes too much work, uhmm, that's why it is called 'working out' right? Anyways, since last year my husband loves taking my video whenever I ask him to, kudos to him for being supportive, he's also my spotter by the way. 




From an easy 4kg ViPR tube, I am now doing squats with an Olympic Bar on my back. My form is far from being perfect but that it why I adore my husband for patiently taking videos of me doing these exercises, so that we can watch, check and correct my movement next time.


For those who are not familiar with the weight of this bar, it weighs 20kgs. On the second set, I added 1.25kgs on each end so I managed to carry this 22.5kgs bar and still lived to tell the tale! haha!


22.5kg now, I wonder what will happen next week...
