Squat and pull
not sure though if that's the real name for the move
Our trainer just made us do it, lol.

Warm-up:
10 mins Elliptical Machine

Set A: 3 rounds, 15 reps each exercise
Squat pull
Tricep extension

Set B: 3 rounds, 15 reps each exercise, 3kg dumbbell
Lunge overhead press
Tricep extension

Set C: Weight machines
Chest press (kgs)10-15-15
Abductor 35kg (inner & glutes)
Chest incline 10kgs
Abductor 35kgs (inner thighs)

Set D: 3 rounds, 16 counts
Knees up crunch
Criss cross
Crunch
Legs lower (raise)
Heel touch
Flutter kicks

Cool down:
Yoga stretch 5 mins
