Warm up:
10 mins Elliptical machine

Strength:
10 x 3 Shoulder press machine , 10kgs, slow motion

Circuit 1: 
Vipr tube, 8kgs, 16 counts, repeat 3x
Lunge twist
Squat bicep curl & overhead raise
Plank drag Vipr tube to the side

Circuit 2: 
Weight ball 5kgs, 16 counts, repeat 3x
Vertical woodchop & tricep extension
Horizontal woodchop
Mountain climber


Cool down Yoga: repeat 2x
