chest press, 15 x 3 reps, 10 kgs
lower back, 15 x 3 reps, 15 kgs
low row, 15 x 3 reps, 20 kgs

5 mins run

Full Body Circuit
3 rounds, 16 reps per exercise
Foward row & Dead lift, 10 kgs corebag
Woochop squat & tricep extension, 4kgs weight ball
Mountain climbers

Abs Circuit
3 rounds, 16 reps per exercise, 4kgs weight ball
Horizontal woodchop
Frog crunch
Russian twist
Full sit-up & overhead press

Cool down & stretch
