I use the Sworkit App on my android phone so that I can still have some exercise in between gym days. Although it is sometimes hard to make time for exercise when you have a million household chores, it pays to set aside 5-20 minutes for yourself.



Pardon the shameless abs comparison. I joined an online community of women on the road to fitness. We encourage each other to snap selfies and compare it with our previous selfies. It is useful to see your transformation, no matter how small the change may be.
