Checking if my arm muscles are firmer.

    Check! 

Can I carry my weight while doing the Chaturanga Yoga pose? 

    Check! There's still room to improve though.

Can you notice my arm muscles? 

    hmmm... not really


I lift weights in the gym but I am not afraid to be all Muscly and BULKY. Why? Because women can't bulk up like men mainly because we do not have as much testosterone. I lift because I want firmer and stronger muscles.


The she-hulk women on some fitness magazines probably drinks extra "supplements" to force their body increase their muscle mass. So unless you drink those extra "supplements" you don't need to steer away from the weights.
