Yoga friday

Working out at home can get pretty boring, so I like to try different exercises each day. Today I felt like stretching my body to its limit and do Yoga all through my workout. I subscribed to a few Yoga YouTube channels and here are some videos I did today.

I started with...
  Yoga for the Curvature of the Spine 

followed by...
  Yoga for Great Arms or Shoulders 

then I made the fats cry with...
  20 minutes of Weight loss and Fat Burning Yoga

I was sweating as if it is summer and the air conditioner is turned off after the last Yoga routine. My muscles do not feel as tight as before the workout and I have more energy for the day.

Note: I am not a fitness expert. I'm just a regular mom without any house help or nanny. I used to exercise before I had kids. I try to exercise regularly and my longest workout is 30 minutes. As always, consult a doctor before trying any exercise regimen.

    I have always wanted to try Yoga, but 1) I don't think I'm flexible enough, and 2) I'm so kurips to enroll in Yoga classes! Haha! But I recently installed Daily Yoga on my phone. The shortest lesson is just 10 minutes, perfect for on-the-go women like us. :) (Pero hirap na hirap ako! Haha!)
