Squat and Crunch

qotd: It's not about having time. It's about making time.



I sneak in my workouts while my toddler is napping that is why they only last for a few minutes.

Warm up: Yoga

10 x 2 each exercise
Squat
^ and Overhead Press
^ with Bicep curl
^ with Anterior deltiod raise
^ and Upright row
Wide Squat

2 x 20
Straight leg raise
Flutter Kicks
Reverse Crunch

Cool down: Corpse pose

Note: I am not a fitness expert. I'm just a regular mom without any house help or nanny. I used to exercise before I had kids. I try to exercise regularly and my longest workout is 30 minutes. As always, consult a doctor before trying any exercise regimen.
