Exercises you can do at home


I saw this great link on facebook yesterday by I tried to do some of them today while my toddler is still asleep. I included some pictures and a link to the article below.

Warm up: Yoga

10 x 2 for each exercise
Opposite arm & leg lift
Swan dive
Caterpillar plank
Squat side kick
Chair twist
Low belly leg reach

Cool down: Corpse pose

Note: I am not a fitness expert. I'm just a regular mom without any house help or nanny. I used to exercise before I had kids. I try to exercise regularly and my longest workout is 30 minutes. As always, consult a doctor before trying any exercise regimen.
