Pregnancy Exercise - Prenatal Yoga

I exercise 3x a week before I got pregnant and my doctor gave me the go signal to continue. I alternate using my elliptical machine, strength training and yoga to keep my body fit. You might think that I used to have six pack abs, hard rock arms and my butt don't have cellulites... Oh yeah sure! I wish I have those, but no, I'm just a regular mom with juggly tummy and cellulites.

I found this great prenatal yoga on YouTube and though it could be helpful for pregnant moms like me. It's only 10 minutes long so you can surely fit this in your super busy mommy schedule.

I just had a great stretch work-out. How about you?
